Covid-19 update

As we all know, COVID-19 has evolved into a global event impacting public health as well as the economy.
Netclues has been closely monitoring the media and guidance protocols as issued by the government and world health authorities. With the primary focus centered around the health and safety of our employees and customers, we have already implemented into our infrastructure a Virtual Command Centre that would enable us us to remotely assist during these times, reassure and support our business partners and stakeholders that every precautionary measure is being taken to ensure business continuity with minimal effect to the workflow.

A crisis when pondered upon with an optimistic outlook, can provide innovative, out of the box and creatively sound opportunities. Operations are our lifeblood and we are committed to keeping your business online while also keeping our employees protected. As a development, marketing and hosting provider we have dynamic crisis management protocols that kicked into high gear the moment the announcement was made. This has driven us to innovate and think of remote solutions with an overhaul of our strategies. These innovations, in the wake of the current situation, has brought us closer to each other like never before.
With standard precautionary measures already in place, we have implemented additional protocols as per the below:
  • We have increased the volume and frequency of sanitizing and disinfecting all our facilities.
  • Hand disinfectant sprays are provided for both customers and employees.
  • Employees have been briefed on the importance of social distancing and official internal mailers have been dispatched on the best practices to maintain a highly sanitized environment.
  • We have restricted employee travel, however, are still operating at full capacity, utilizing a plethora of online tools and services that provide the same levels of service remotely.
As you monitor the situation and consider your own continuity plans, Netclues is prepared to help in any capacity to ensure that business operations, while affected, are mitigated and managed in the best possible way to ensure minimal disruption across the digital landscape. This crisis, if nothing, has demonstrated that online solutions and a continuous support system is the backbone that will enable us all to get through these challenging times.
