This position is for a professional and agile technical assistant & sales executive to administer all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans as well as coordinate directly with client and the development teams.

This position is responsible for working with the business stakeholders, as well as the clients, development, QA, and Systems teams to develop both technical and non-technical change. For customer facing applications, the assistant may also engage with the customer directly to capture details and insight, and act as a delegate. As a Sales Coordinator must develop and administer global sales and marketing program activities for on and off island clients.


Key responsibilities are:


  • Serve as a liaison between clients and project teams to ensure products /applications support the business needs of the client and the work is still in scope
  • Gather and document requirements related to assigned projects in various forms such as business requirements, functional requirements, use cases and/or process flows
  • Get client approvals on requirements gathering and pass on details to project teams
  • Based upon project need, research and provide input on User Experience Design concepts related to assigned applications
  • Based on the project needs prepare various test cases and work on implementing them
  • Timely client communication for project delivery, requirements gathers, Q&A and more…
  • Prepare overview reports of email activity and results against goals for senior management with excellent quantitative, analytical, marketing & communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English is a must as will have to communicate with clients on islands and communicate daily with outsource office in Gujarat, India
  • Communicate with Indian offices early in the morning
  • Report to senior management on timely bases & ensuring there is proper documentation in place
  • Work with Web Developer, Application Development, Quality Assurance and end user representatives or business stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet functional specifications
  • Capture, analyze and document enhancement requests for specified systems
  • Collaborate with key business owners systems to prioritize enhancement requests
  • Perform other job-related duties as directed by the IT – Project Manager
  • Manage project artifacts effectively ensuring a consistent practice is followed
  • Effectively facilitate requirements elicitation meetings by preparing in advance and prepping the participants of the key decisions which are required
  • Support the IT Project Manager with managing their project artifact needs, such as project folder management, agenda preparation, meeting minutes
  • Work with Internal systems for project management including but not limited to NetQuick, Hubspot, Microsoft Teams, Basecamp etc…
  • Coordinate with accounts team for receivables and project deliverables
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3.0, WordPress etc would be helpful
  • Experience with Office365, Exchange Servers, Google Apps etc is a must
  • Setup & manage emails for clients
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory is a must
  • Manage internal network and servers and more…
